This palm oil farofa recipe is perfect with fish and seafood. 
And best of all: it takes few ingredients and is very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) biju cassava flour

  • 1/2 cup (tea) palm oil

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Green smell taste

Directions

  • In a skillet, over medium heat, place the palm oil and wait for it to heat up.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic and sauté.
  • Add the cassava flour and let it toast for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, finish with chopped parsley.
