Ingredients
2 cups (tea) biju cassava flour
1/2 cup (tea) palm oil
1/2 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Green smell taste
Directions
- In a skillet, over medium heat, place the palm oil and wait for it to heat up.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic and sauté.
- Add the cassava flour and let it toast for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Season with salt and pepper, finish with chopped parsley.
