Ingredients
500g dried peas
1 slice of calabrese sausage
200g of bacon
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 heaping tablespoon of salt
Green smell to taste (parsley and chives)
Directions
- Wash the peas and let them drain;
- Cut the pepperoni and bacon into cubes and fry in the pressure cooker until they are golden (no oil needed, fry in the very fat that the bacon will release);
- Add the finely chopped onion, the crushed garlic, mix and let it brown;
- Add the peas, 2 liters of water, salt and mix;
- Tampe the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes after taking pressure;
- Add the green smell and mix;
