Ingredients
1 whole egg
1 pinch of salt or to taste
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cream cheese
5 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch
Directions
- Place the egg, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, mayonnaise or cream cheese and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Mix well, add the baking powder and mix again until you unify the ingredients and the dough is homogeneous.
- Preheat a skillet with butter or margarine over low heat, place the dough and cover.
- Flip the dough when it browns on the bottom, cover again and brown the other side as well.
- Remove the cornstarch bread from the skillet and serve warm or let it cool at room temperature.
