Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 2 cups of fine cornmeal/cornmeal

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 200 grams of sugar

  • 100 ml of oil

Directions

  • Add the eggs, sugar and oil to a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the cornmeal, cream and mix again.
  • Add the yeast and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Pour the dough into a pan greased with butter and cornmeal.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Unmold after it has cooled a little and the cornmeal cake is ready.
