Despite being made with simple ingredients, this corn cake with condensed milk is an unmissable snack!

Ingredients

  • 120 ml of milk

  • 120 ml of oil

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 can of drained green corn (200 grams drained)

  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • 400 grams of condensed milk

Directions

  • In the blender add the eggs, oil, milk, condensed milk, drained green corn and beat for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the liquid mixture to another container, add the flour, baking powder and stir with a whisk or spoon to make the dough smooth and uniform.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish with butter or margarine and sprinkled with cornmeal.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes. 
    Wait to cool down before unmolding and the corn cake is ready.
