Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 120 ml of oil

  • 240 ml of milk

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • A bit of salt

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 cups of cornmeal

  • 150 grams of mozzarella cheese

  • 150 grams of guava

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

Directions

  • In a blender, add 3 eggs;
  • Add 120 ml of oil;
  • Add 240 ml of milk;
  • Add 1 cup sugar;
  • Add a pinch of salt;
  • Add 1 cup all-purpose flour;
  • Add 1 cups cornmeal;
  • Beat for 2 minutes;
  • Add 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Add the dough;
  • Add 150 grams of mozzarella cheese cut into pieces;
  • Add 150 grams of guava paste cut into pieces;
  • Sink the cheeses and guavas
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees;
  • Your cake is ready!
