Very easy to prepare, this tasty corn cake has a moist and fluffy dough!

Make your day more enjoyable with this practical and irresistible corn cake!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 measure of sugar can

  • 1 measure of cornflakes can (milharina, cornmeal or flake)

  • 1 can of coconut or cow’s milk

  • 1/2 measure of the can of oil or butter

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the eggs, drained corn, sugar, oil or butter to the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Add the milk, cornflakes and beat for another 1 minute. 
    Add the yeast and beat quickly to mix.
  • Pour the dough into a pan greased and floured with fine cornmeal, then bake for 40 minutes in the oven preheated to 180º₢.
  • Cut the corn cake after it cools to room temperature and it is ready to eat.
