Everyone will love this corn cake recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cans of green corn

  • 20 grams of corn starch

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 300 ml of condensed milk

Directions

  • Place the eggs, drained corn, milk, condensed milk, grated coconut and cornstarch.
  • Beat for 3 minutes and pour the homogeneous mass into a mold of your choice greased with butter and sugar.
  • Place the mold with the dough inside a larger roasting pan half filled with hot water.
  • Bake the cake in a bain-marie in an oven preheated to 200º₢ for an hour and a half.
  • Carefully remove the mold from the baking sheet and wait for it to cool. 
    Develop the corn cake and the recipe is ready to serve.
