This corn brigadeiro is a guarantee of a super dessert with a taste of the June party!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream (200 grams)

  • 1 can of corn without water (170 grams)

  • 1 can condensed milk (395 grams)

  • Icing sugar for dusting

Directions

  • In a blender put the cream, the corn without the water and beat well.
  • Add the condensed milk to a pan still off the heat and add the blender mixture passing through a sieve.
  • Mix with a spatula and over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it has a brigadier-like texture and easily detaches from the bottom of the pan.
  • Transfer the mixture to a plate or platter lined with plastic wrap, cover completely with plastic wrap in contact and set aside in the fridge until cold.
  • Grease your hands with margarine, roll up the brigadeiros and pass them in a bowl with icing sugar.
  • Put the sweets in brigadeiro molds if you prefer and the corn brigadeiros are ready.
