The result of this coconut cake is such a delicious snack that anyone who tastes it will want to try it again!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 teaspoons chemical baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon sweetener or sugar

  • 1 box of gluten-free and lactose-free cream (200 grams)

  • 200 grams unsweetened shredded coconut

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add the eggs, sweetener or sugar, a pinch of salt to a bowl and mix well.
  • Put the cream of milk and the grated unsweetened coconut little by little while mixing the ingredients.
  • After the mixture is homogeneous, cover with aluminum paper or plastic film and let it hydrate for 20 minutes.
  • Add the baking soda, mix until the dough is uniform and transfer to a greased shape.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢, place the cake and bake at 200º₢ for about 35 minutes.
  • Unmold the coconut cake when it is already cold and it is ready to be cut and served.
