An easy and delicious dessert like this chocolate pudding sometimes saves the day!
Ingredients
350 ml of milk
150 ml of water
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
1 cup (250ml) cocoa powder
2 unflavored gelatins (12 grams each)
Chocolate shavings to decorate
Directions
- Place the milk, chocolate powder, cream and condensed milk in the blender, cover and beat for 3 minutes.
- Mix the jellies with the water, wait for it to hydrate and take it to the microwave for 1 minute so that it melts.
- Add the gelatin with the other ingredients in the blender and beat for another 2 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish with a little oil and then add all the pudding mixture.
- Cover the pudding, take it to the fridge and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, until it hardens completely.
- Develop the dessert, decorate with chocolate shavings on top and the chocolate pudding can now be served.
