Ingredients
200 grams of melted chocolate
2 cans of cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 egg whites
Directions
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer, whisk or fork until they become stiff, add the sugar and beat again until you form a meringue.
- Place the meringue in a container, add the cream and mix gently.
- When the mixture is homogeneous, add the melted chocolate and mix again very well.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid and leave it in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until it is firm.
- Serve the chocolate ice cream in bowls or dessert pots, decorate with the accompaniments you prefer and the recipe is ready.
