Chocolate Cake with Oats (Lactose Free)

Ingredients
2 large eggs or 3 small ones
1 cup of 170 grams of zero lactose yogurt or coconut milk
1 tablespoon of sweet sprinkle or cornstarch
1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons chemical baking powder
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons chocolate powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Chocolate chips to taste (optional)
Honey to taste to finish (optional)
Directions
- In a container add the eggs, sugar, zero lactose yogurt or coconut milk and mix very well.
- Add the rolled oats, sweet sprinkles or cornstarch and mix again.
- Put the oil, chocolate powder and stir until the dough is uniform and consistent.
Add the yeast and mix lightly. - Pour the dough into a greased mold, shake it gently and add chocolate drops to taste on top (optional).
- Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove the oatmeal chocolate cake and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Develop, finish by putting honey on top (optional) and it’s ready.
