China announced, on Tuesday (24), that during a military parade on September 3-in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the victory against Japan in World War II-the new war arsenal of the country will be presented, formed, among other equipment, by autonomous weapons (without human command) and intelligent.
The set is also made up of unmanned, subacous, cyber, electronic and hypersonic vehicles, as well as traditional weapons and equipment.
According to Chinese news agency Xinhua, all have been produced in the country, are already in service and reflect “the strong capacity of the Chinese military to evolve according to advances in science and technology.”

“The weapons and equipment are all of national manufacture and have greater attack accuracy, greater adaptability to the battlefield and greater effectiveness in combat,” Wu Zeke, senior officer of the Central Military Military Military Commission Department, told the Senior Officer.
The weapons and equipment to be displayed at the parade form what, at a press conference, members of the Chinese government have classified as a “comprehensive system”, encompassing not only “strategic attack forces”, but also “advanced operational equipment”, designed to deal with new war paradigms that may emerge.
In addition, these equipment include advanced command and control, recognition and early warning characteristics, air defense and missile interception, firepower attack and integrated support.
The Military Parade – which will be at Tian’anmen Square in Beijing – will also be attended by troops that were in peace missions.
According to Xinhuathe focus of the event will be not only the celebration of victory in 1945, but also the demonstration of the “China’s responsibility to fulfill its international obligations and the maintenance of world peace.”
Song Zhongping, Chinese expert in military affairs, in a statement to the website Global TimesHe added that the Military Parade “will show China’s commitment to maintaining the international postwar order and its resolute opposition to any resurgence of fascism in the global scenario.”
