Ingredients

  • 1 tea cup of water

  • 1 tea cup of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 tea cups of wheat flour

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 chopped seedless tomato

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Frying oil

Directions

  • In a pan, place the water, milk and butter and bring to a boil.
  • Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring constantly, until it forms a homogeneous mass and releases from the bottom of the pan.
  • Remove the mass from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  • In another pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil.
  • Add the diced tomato and shredded chicken and sauté for a few more minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
  • Take a piece of dough, open it in the palm of your hand and place a tablespoon of filling in the center.
  • Close the dough, giving it the shape of a coxinha.
  • Repeat the process until you run out of dough and stuffing.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and fry the coxinhas until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
  • Enjoy!
