For your Ceviche to be perfect, use the indicated ingredients and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (I used tilapia)

  • Shall

  • Black pepper

  • Sicilian lemon zest

  • 1 chili pepper

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 lemon

  • Green smell

Directions

  • Cut the fish fillets into pieces;
  • Add salt, kingdom pepper and Sicilian lemon zest;
  • Book in the fridge;
  • Add red pepper and chopped red onion;
  • Add juice of 1 lemon;
  • Add green smell;
  • Mix;
  • Your Ceviche is ready!
