Cauliflower Fritter with Cheese (Oven Baked)

Ingredients
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs or oatmeal
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 cauliflower head
1 whole egg
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (tea)
Black pepper to taste
Chives to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Separate the cauliflower bouquets and cook in a pan with water for 15 minutes after boiling.
- Drain the water and let the cauliflower cool.
Place in a food processor or blender, beat until it has the texture of wet farofa and transfer to a bowl. - Add the egg, onion, flour, black pepper, salt, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, chopped chives and mix until a dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then shape the dumplings with 2 spoons and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush a little olive oil over the dumplings and bake them for about 20 minutes or until golden in a preheated oven at 200º₢.
- After roasting, wait for the cauliflower and cheese balls to cool down before unmolding and they are ready to serve.
