The texture, flavor and practicality of this cassava cake are incredible!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 1 and 1/4 cup (tea) of sugar (225 grams)

  • 1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder for cake

  • 1 spoon (coffee) of salt (05 grams)

  • Condensed milk to taste (optional)

  • 500 grams of cassava/cassava/cassava

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

  • Grated cassava to taste

Directions

  • Add the eggs, butter or margarine, sugar, coconut milk to a blender and beat well.
  • Add the peeled and chopped cassava, the salt, the grated coconut and beat again.
  • Add the yeast and pulse to mix, then transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
  • Add grated cassava to taste over the dough and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Add condensed milk to taste and optional over the still warm cassava cake and it is ready to serve.
