Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 1 cup of carrot

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 1 spoon of cake yeast

  • 1 box and a half of condensed milk

  • 1 spoon of butter

  • 6 spoons of chocolate powder (or 4 chocolate powder and 2 chocolate 70% cocoa)

  • 1 box of cream

  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

Directions

  • In the blender, add 3 eggs;
  • Add 1 cup sugar;
  • Add 1 cup oil;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 cup chopped carrots;
  • Knock again;
  • Transfer to a container;
  • Add 2 cups of sifted wheat flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 spoon of yeast for cakes and mix;
  • Transfer to a greased shape with butter and sprinkled with flour;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
  • In a pan on the fire, add 1 box of condensed milk;
  • Add 1 spoon of butter;
  • Add 6 spoons of chocolate powder (or 4 chocolate powder and 2 chocolate 70% cocoa);
  • Mix until it starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan;
  • Turn off the fire and add 1 box of milk cream;
  • Mix;
  • Add over the cake;
  • Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles;
  • Your volcano carrot cake with chocolate frosting is ready!
