Ingredients

  • 4 stale French breads

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the bread into pieces and place in the blender along with the milk, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla essence.
  • Beat everything until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased shape with butter and sugar.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding is firm and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
  • Serve chilled and bon appétit!
