The preparation of the foot bug is super quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of sour cream

  • 2 boxes of condensed milk

  • 4 tablespoons Strawberry Nesquik (or other strawberry-flavored milk mix)

Directions

  • Add condensed milk, cream, Nesquik and mix well.
  • Take the pan to the fire and stir the ingredients non-stop until you form a thick cream with a brigadeiro point.
  • Transfer the cream to a refractory and cover with a plastic film or culinary bag in contact with the surface of the candy.
  • Leave the dessert in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, until it is cold and more consistent.
  • Roll up the sweets, dip them in crystal sugar or strawberry Nesquik, place them in paper cups and the bicho de pé sweetie recipe is ready.
