Ingredients
3 whole eggs
4 very ripe large bananas
2 cups of wheat flour (260 grams)
1 cup (tea) sugar (180 grams)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence or sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder for cake (12 grams)
1/2 cup (tea) melted butter or margarine (100 grams)
150 grams of chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

Directions
- In a bowl place the wheat flour, baking powder and salt, mix well and set aside.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a container, add the eggs, the essence or vanilla sugar, the sugar and the melted butter or margarine.
- Stir very well and add the dry ingredients that were reserved.
stir until the dough is homogeneous and with small pieces of banana. - Add 150 grams of chocolate chips, mix gently and transfer the dough to a greased and floured mold.
- Smooth the surface of the dough, add another 50 grams of chocolate chips and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for between 40 and 45 minutes.
