Ingredients

  • 6 bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • Half cup of sugar

  • Half a cup of oil

  • Half cup of water

  • 1 and a half cup of wheat flour

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 spoons of cinnamon powder

  • 1 spoon of cake yeast

Directions

  • In a blender, add 3 eggs, half a cup of sugar, half a cup of oil and half a cup of water;
  • Beat well;
  • In a bowl, add 1 and a half cup of wheat flour;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt and 2 spoons of cinnamon powder;
  • Add the blender mix and mix;
  • Add pieces of a banana;
  • Add 1 spoon of baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Add banana slices on top;
  • Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Your banana cake is ready!
