Ingredients
2 stale French breads
500 grams of ground beef
300 grams of grated mozzarella
100 grams of chopped onion
20 grams of olive oil
1 tablespoon fried garlic
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste

Directions
- Season the grated mozzarella with oregano to taste, knead well and shape into small balls.
- Chop the French bread, place in a container and moisten with a little water.
