Truffle Mousse with Nestle Milk

Ingredients
5 tablespoons of water
2 boxes of cream
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup (tea) of Ninho Milk/powdered milk
1 packet of colorless, flavorless gelatin
1 box of cream
200 grams of milk chocolate
Chocolate shavings or sprinkles to taste
Directions
- Place the colorless gelatin and water in a milk jug or pan. Mix well and let it soak for 3 minutes.
- Place over low heat and stir constantly until completely melted, being careful not to let it boil.
- Add the condensed milk, 2 boxes of cream, powdered milk to the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish or casserole dish, leaving some space.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the cream is firm.
- Melt the chocolate and mix well with 1 cup of cream. Let it cool and pour over the mousse.
- Cover the dessert again and leave it in the fridge for at least another hour.
- Finish by sprinkling chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top to taste and the mousse is ready to serve.
