Truffle Mousse with Nestle Milk

Ninho Milk Truffle Mousse is one of the tastiest frozen desserts out there!

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of water

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of Ninho Milk/powdered milk

  • 1 packet of colorless, flavorless gelatin

  • 1 box of cream

  • 200 grams of milk chocolate

  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles to taste

Directions

  • Place the colorless gelatin and water in a milk jug or pan. Mix well and let it soak for 3 minutes.
  • Place over low heat and stir constantly until completely melted, being careful not to let it boil.
  • Add the condensed milk, 2 boxes of cream, powdered milk to the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish or casserole dish, leaving some space.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the cream is firm.
  • Melt the chocolate and mix well with 1 cup of cream. Let it cool and pour over the mousse.
  • Cover the dessert again and leave it in the fridge for at least another hour.
  • Finish by sprinkling chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top to taste and the mousse is ready to serve.
