Ingredients
20g of chocolate powder 50% cocoa
40g dark chocolate bar
40g milk chocolate bar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 box of cream (200g)
1 can of condensed milk
Directions
- Add the condensed milk and chocolate powder to a pan and mix until dissolved.
- Add the cream and butter, mix well and place the pan over high heat.
- Stir constantly and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium. Keep stirring until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate bars and stir until completely melted.
- Turn the heat back on and stir constantly until it reaches the consistency of brigadeiro and comes away from the bottom.
- Line a plate with plastic wrap, place the brigadeiro dough on top and wrap completely.
- Let cool at room temperature for at least 6 hours or transfer to the refrigerator.
- Shape the brigadeiros when the dough is cold and firm and the dessert is ready to serve.
