Yakult ice cream easily wins over everyone with its flavor and practicality!
Ingredients
6 boxes of cream
3 boxes of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of emulsifier
1 liter and 200 ml of Yakult
Directions
- Add the condensed milk and cream to a mixer and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the emulsifier and beat again. Add the Yakult and beat for another minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover and leave in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
- When it has a firmer consistency, the Yakult ice cream is ready to eat.
