In addition to being easy to prepare, banana rice pudding has a delicious result!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of raw rice

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 3 cups (tea) of water

  • 3 very ripe bananas

  • 8 cloves

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions

  • In a pan add the raw rice, cloves, cinnamon stick and water.
  • Place the pan over medium to low heat and cook until completely dry.
  • Add the sugar, roughly mashed bananas and milk to the pan.
  • Mix the ingredients well and cook the mixture for a few more minutes to thicken.
  • Turn off the heat and transfer the entire contents of the pan to a serving dish or other container if you prefer.
  • Finish by adding cinnamon powder to taste and serve the rice pudding hot or cold.
