Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 cup (tea) of raw rice
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
3 cups (tea) of water
3 very ripe bananas
8 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Cinnamon powder to taste
Directions
- In a pan add the raw rice, cloves, cinnamon stick and water.
- Place the pan over medium to low heat and cook until completely dry.
- Add the sugar, roughly mashed bananas and milk to the pan.
- Mix the ingredients well and cook the mixture for a few more minutes to thicken.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the entire contents of the pan to a serving dish or other container if you prefer.
- Finish by adding cinnamon powder to taste and serve the rice pudding hot or cold.
