The banana and chocolate smoothie can be enjoyed for breakfast, as an afternoon snack or even at night!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk

  • 4 chopped bananas

Directions

  • Place the chopped bananas, milk and chocolate powder in the blender.
  • Cover the appliance and blend the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • Serve the smoothie in a glass or cup and it is ready to drink.
