3 eggs
1 medium grated coconut
1 can of condensed milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
200ml whole milk
200ml coconut milk
Ice cream to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat very well with a fork or whisk.
- Add the condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk and stir until smooth.
- Add the grated coconut and yeast, mix well to combine and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake the coconut in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for about 25 minutes.
- Carefully remove the coconut candy from the oven and wait for it to cool at room temperature.
- Cut the coconut candy and serve on a plate with your favorite ice cream.
