Baked Coconut Candy with Ice Cream

Baked coconut candy with ice cream is a delicious dessert that transforms our day!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 medium grated coconut

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 200ml whole milk

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • Ice cream to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat very well with a fork or whisk.
  • Add the condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk and stir until smooth.
  • Add the grated coconut and yeast, mix well to combine and pour into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake the coconut in a preheated oven at 180°₢ for about 25 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the coconut candy from the oven and wait for it to cool at room temperature.
  • Cut the coconut candy and serve on a plate with your favorite ice cream.
