Potato and salami gratin provides an easy-to-prepare meal with a special flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of cream cheese

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)

  • 5 medium potatoes cooked with salt and saffron

  • 300 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

  • 200 grams of sliced ​​salami

  • 200 ml whole milk

  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  • Place the egg, cream, cottage cheese, nutmeg and milk in the blender.
  • Beat until you get a smooth cream and add half to a baking dish.
  • Cut the cooked potatoes into thin slices and layer them on top of the cream.
  • Add a slice of salami on top of the potatoes.
  • Add a layer of grated mozzarella on top of the potatoes and salami.
  • Make another layer of potatoes, another of salami and add the rest of the cream.
  • Finish with another layer of grated mozzarella and add oregano to taste.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°.
  • Carefully remove from the oven and the potato and salami gratin is ready.
