It’s hard to have any banana and chocolate rolls left after trying the first one!

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe bananas

  • 6 round pastry doughs

  • Butter or margarine to taste

  • Chocolate bar to taste

  • Cinnamon powder to taste

  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  • Cut a half-peeled banana crosswise and place on top of a pastry dough.
  • Cut the chocolate into small pieces and fit them into the banana cut.
  • Apply a little water to the edges of the dough, roll it up and join the ends together, closing it completely.
  • Brush butter or margarine to taste all over the roll dough.
  • Roll the rolls in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining dough and bananas and place the rolls in the air fryer.
  • Bake the rolls at 180°₢ for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Transfer the rolls to a board, plate or platter and they are ready.
