Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of hydrated tapioca
1/2 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the hydrated tapioca, egg and salt to a container and mix well.
- Add the yeast and grated mozzarella, mix again and pour into molds.
- Place the molds in the air fryer or in a conventional oven preheated to 200°₢.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until the breads are well cooked inside and golden brown.
- Unmold the rolls after they have cooled and they are ready to serve.
