Directions
- Rinse the corn cobs, remove the silk and cut them in half.
- Lightly tap the corn with a knife to open it and allow the salt to penetrate more easily.
- Place the corn cobs in a pressure cooker, add water until completely covered and the sugar.
- Cover the pan and after it reaches pressure, cook for 15 minutes. Open it after the pressure is released and add salt to taste.
- Mix well, carefully remove the cobs from the water and transfer them to a plate.
- Finish by brushing butter to taste on the corn cobs and they are ready to eat.
