Flavor and practicality make corn sautéed in ghee a delicious option for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of water

  • 1 can of drained corn

  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 3 cloves of grated garlic

  • Chopped green onions to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Place the butter, chopped onion and grated garlic in a frying pan over the heat and let it sauté.
  • Add the drained corn and mix well. Add salt to taste, water and mix again.
  • Cover the pan, sauté for a few minutes and add the chopped chives to taste.
  • Mix well and the corn sautéed in butter is ready to eat.
