So delicious, this fluffy tapioca cake has simple and easy steps!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of hydrated tapioca

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup (tea) of fine cornmeal

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 150 ml coconut milk

  • 100 ml of oil

Directions

  • In the blender, add the eggs, coconut milk, oil, sugar, hydrated tapioca, fine cornmeal and grated parmesan.
  • Beat for 2 minutes, add the baking powder and beat again until smooth.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and cornmeal-sprinkled pan.
  • Bake the cake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°₢.
  • Cut after the cake has cooled and it is ready to serve.
