Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 cups (tea) of hydrated tapioca
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup (tea) of fine cornmeal
1 cup (tea) of sugar
150 ml coconut milk
100 ml of oil
Directions
- In the blender, add the eggs, coconut milk, oil, sugar, hydrated tapioca, fine cornmeal and grated parmesan.
- Beat for 2 minutes, add the baking powder and beat again until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and cornmeal-sprinkled pan.
