The practicality of how to make pickled cucumbers is so great that it will surprise you!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

  • 1 cup (tea) of hot water

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of alcohol vinegar

  • 250 grams of pickled cucumber

  • Black peppercorns to taste

Directions

  • In a container, place the hot water, vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, taste, salt and mix well.
  • Fill a clean, sterilized glass mason jar with the cucumbers and pour in the liquid mixture.
  • Cover the jar, place it inside a pan and fill it halfway with water.
  • Bring to the boil, then let it cook for 20 minutes and carefully remove from the pan.
  • Let the jar with the cucumbers cool to room temperature and the preserve is ready to store and consume.
