Ingredients

  • 2 Bis chocolate bars (or more, depending on the quantity desired)

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Directions

  • Remove the Bis chocolates from the packaging and chop them into small pieces. Set aside a few pieces to decorate at the end, if desired.
  • In a pan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix well until it is well incorporated.
  • Then add the chopped Bis chocolate pieces to the mixture in the pan, stirring continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Turn off the heat and wait for the mixture to cool a little.
  • After the chocolate cream has cooled a little, add the cream to the mixture. Stir well until the cream is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Transfer the Bis stroganoff to individual bowls or a dessert platter.
  • Decorate with the reserved Bis pieces or chocolate sprinkles, if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, so that the dessert is firm and cold.
  • Serve the Bis stroganoff chilled and enjoy!
