Creamy Swiss Lemonade

Follow the recipe and guarantee the perfect Swiss lemonade!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 liter of ice water

  • 4 Tahiti lemons

  • Ice to taste

Directions

  • Wash the lemons well and cut them in half. Cut each part in half again and remove the white part inside.
  • Transfer the lemons to a blender. Add 500 ml of ice water and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Strain the drink into a jug, discard the pomace and return the juice to the blender.
  • Add the condensed milk, add another 500 ml of ice water and beat for another 2 minutes.
  • Add ice to taste, blend until smooth and the Swiss lemonade is ready.
