300g thin sausage
2 potatoes

Directions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and place in a bowl with water until covered.
- Rub the slices to remove the starch, drain the sauce and wash them under running water.
- Place the slices on a clean tea towel or paper towel, dry them well and set aside.
- Boil the sausages to remove some of the fat and make them firmer and cut them into pieces.
- Take a slice of potato, a piece of sausage and roll it up. Cover the sausage with another slice of potato.
- Stick a toothpick until it goes completely through to close the snack and repeat the process with the rest.
- Heat a pan with enough oil to cover the snacks and fry until golden. Turn them over and brown the other side too.
- Transfer the snacks to a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil and they are ready.
