Pork roast beef is delicious to accompany several meals or fill sandwiches!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of pork filet mignon (about 1 kilo)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili pepper

  • 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon of Bahian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon thyme

  • 1 cup of light beer

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • Olive oil to taste

Directions

  • Season the pork fillet mignon with thyme, Bahian seasoning, Calabrian pepper, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and light beer.
  • Mix well, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
  • Place the filet mignon in a large frying pan, brown both sides and transfer to a baking dish with a little olive oil.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢.
  • Cut into thin slices and the pork roast is ready to be served with whatever side dish you prefer.
