Quick and Delicious Avocado Dessert

This avocado dessert is one that will make you repeat the portion many times!
Ingredients
500 grams of ripe avocado
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12 grams)
1 box of condensed milk (395 grams)
1 small box of cream (200 grams)
Lemon juice (50ml)
100ml of milk
Directions
- Hydrate the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water. Mix and set aside for a few minutes.
- Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 minutes or in a bain-marie, being careful not to let it boil.
- Place the chopped avocado pulp, condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a blender.
- Cover and beat well. Add the milk, hydrated gelatin and beat until homogenized.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan greased with a little oil. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
- Leave the dessert in the fridge overnight or at least 4 to 6 hours.
- Run a knife along the side of the mold, turn the dessert out onto a plate and it is ready to serve.
