Ingredients
1 box of cream
2 boxes of condensed milk
1/2 package of cornstarch biscuits
200ml chilled whipped cream mixture
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat add the condensed milk and cream.
- Stir constantly until it thickens and starts to come away from the bottom.
- Let cool at room temperature or transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Beat the chilled whipped cream mixture with a mixer or mixer until firm.
- Combine the whipped cream with the cold cream in a container and mix until smooth.
- Grind the cornstarch biscuits, add 2/3 of them to the cream and mix very well.
- Transfer to a platter, finish by placing the rest of the crushed cookies on top and the dessert is ready.
