400g okra
3 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste

Directions
- Wash the okra well and dry it with a cloth.
- Remove the ends from both sides and cut the okra.
- Preheat some oil in a frying pan and add the okra.
- Stir occasionally until the okra is well cooked.
- Continue stirring well until the okra is dry and soft.
- Cover and fry the okra for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden.
