Ingredients

  • 400g okra

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil

Directions

  • Wash the okra well and dry it with a cloth.
  • Remove the ends from both sides and cut the okra.
  • Preheat some oil in a frying pan and add the okra.
  • Stir occasionally until the okra is well cooked.
  • Continue stirring well until the okra is dry and soft.
  • Cover and fry the okra for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden.
  • Add the chopped garlic and salt to taste. Mix well and the okra is ready.
