This simple and delicious chocolate mousse is one of the easiest desserts out there!
Ingredients
1 liter of carton milk
180 grams of chocolate powder
2 packets of colorless gelatin (12g each)
Powdered chocolate to taste for finishing
Directions
- In a container add the gelatin and a little water. Mix well and let it hydrate.
- Melt the hydrated gelatin for 15 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie if you prefer.
- Heat the milk and place it in a container. Add the chocolate powder and mix well.
- Add the gelatin, mix well to homogenize and place the mixture in the milk container.
- Stir with a spoon to break up any air bubbles and leave in the fridge for 12 hours.
- Cut out one of the sides of the milk carton, place a plate on top and turn the mousse over to remove the mold.
- Finish by sprinkling chocolate powder to taste on top and the mousse is ready to serve.
