Once you learn how to make peach cake in syrup, you’ll want to make it again and again!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 can of peaches in syrup

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1/2 cup warm milk

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Powdered milk

Directions

  • Grease a baking tray with butter or margarine and add the diced peaches.
  • Spread the diced peaches well, then add the condensed milk and set aside.
  • In a blender, place the eggs, oil, sugar and blend for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Add warm milk, salt and vanilla. Turn on the blender and gradually add the wheat flour.
  • Add the yeast, beat until homogenized and pour the dough into the mold with the peach and condensed milk.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes in an oven preheated to 170º₢.
  • Unmold the cake when it is warm, sprinkle powdered milk to taste on top and it is ready to serve.
