Coffee pudding is a dessert that provides lightness, flavor and simple preparation!
Ingredients
250 ml whole milk
3 tablespoons of instant coffee
2 boxes of cream
1 sachet and 1/2 of unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
1 box of condensed milk
Caramel sauce to taste
Directions
- Add condensed milk, cream, whole milk, gelatin prepared according to instructions, instant coffee and chocolate powder to the blender.
- Cover the appliance and beat the ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Place the caramel syrup to taste in a pudding mold and add the blender mixture.
- Cover the dessert, take it to the fridge and leave it for at least 6 hours or until it is very firm.
- Unmold the coffee pudding onto a plate of your choice and the dessert is ready to serve.
