Very easy to make, this gelatin and powdered milk mousse is simple and uncomplicated to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 500ml of cold water

  • 500ml hot water

  • 200 grams of powdered milk

  • 2 boxes of gelatin (flavor of your choice)

Directions

  • In a container, place the hot water, gelatin and mix until dissolved.
  • Transfer to a blender, add cold water and powdered milk.
  • Cover, beat for 3 minutes and pour the mixture into a container.
  • Leave it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours and the mousse is ready to serve.
