Ingredients
1 Australian bread
200 grams of ground chuck
2 slices of cheese or cheddar
3 slices of bacon
Coarse salt to taste
Butter to taste
Directions
- Shape the ground chuck into a ball and flatten it in the palm of your hand to shape the burger.
- Cut the Australian bread in half and spread a little butter on each half.
- Season the burger with coarse salt to taste and place it on the barbecue with hot coals next to the bacon.
- Flip the burger when it turns gray in the middle and cook the meat until desired doneness.
- Bake the bacon slices, turn them over when they turn golden brown and let the other side brown too.
- Place the bread on the grill with the butter side down and bake until lightly browned.
- Add the cheese on top of the burger and let it cook until it melts.
- Assemble the sandwich and the burger is ready to serve.
