This homemade barbecue burger is a delicious, practical and simple snack to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 Australian bread

  • 200 grams of ground chuck

  • 2 slices of cheese or cheddar

  • 3 slices of bacon

  • Coarse salt to taste

  • Butter to taste

Directions

  • Shape the ground chuck into a ball and flatten it in the palm of your hand to shape the burger.
  • Cut the Australian bread in half and spread a little butter on each half.
  • Season the burger with coarse salt to taste and place it on the barbecue with hot coals next to the bacon.
  • Flip the burger when it turns gray in the middle and cook the meat until desired doneness.
  • Bake the bacon slices, turn them over when they turn golden brown and let the other side brown too.
  • Place the bread on the grill with the butter side down and bake until lightly browned.
  • Add the cheese on top of the burger and let it cook until it melts.
  • Assemble the sandwich and the burger is ready to serve.
