Simple and Creamy Crepioca

Discover an easy way to make creamy and tasty crepioca!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of tapioca

  • 1 spoon of cream cheese or cream cheese

  • 50 grams of mozzarella or parmesan cheese, chopped or grated

Directions

  • Add the eggs, tapioca, cottage cheese or cream cheese and chopped or grated cheese into a container.
  • Stir the ingredients well until a homogeneous and consistent mixture is formed.
  • Place a portion of the dough in a frying pan over medium to low heat.
  • Fry the crepioca for about 2 minutes, turn it over and fry for another 1 minute.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the dough and turn off the heat.
  • Serve the crepiocas on a plate and they are ready to eat.
